Nathalya Mamane

Nathalya Mamane is a healthcare entrepreneur and diagnostics innovator dedicated to making healthcare more accessible, affordable, and equitable. She is the Co-Founder and CEO of Anywhere Dx and the Founder of RT MicroDx, where she is focused on developing real-time diagnostic solutions designed to address healthcare gaps and serve underserved communities. Working alongside leading scientists in diagnostics and leveraging emerging technologies, Nathalya is pursuing innovative approaches to infectious diseases and other pressing health challenges. Her entrepreneurial work has earned recognition as a MassChallenge finalist and winner of the Babson Entrepreneurial Thought & Action Pitch Competition, and she has presented at BIO and the Next Generation Dx Summit.

Before entering healthcare entrepreneurship, Nathalya built a diverse career spanning business, marketing, technology, and event management. As the founder and owner of NM Events, she spent more than a decade developing and managing corporate and social events, while earlier roles included sales and marketing leadership, database development, and technology consulting. She holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University. With experience that combines entrepreneurship, project management, technology, and healthcare innovation, Nathalya brings a practical, multidisciplinary approach to building solutions that can create meaningful impact in communities around the world.
